How does your delivery service work for kiln dried logs?

We personally deliver and unload orders of up to 32 units, ensuring careful handling from our team. Larger pallet orders are delivered with our dedicated transport partners using tail-lift and pallet truck unloading where access allows.
You can always check whether we deliver to your address by entering your postcode at checkout. If delivery is available, the correct shipping options will appear automatically. If nothing appears, delivery is not available for that postcode.

What is the moisture content of your kiln dried logs and will they fit my wood burner?

Our kiln dried hardwood logs are processed to achieve a moisture content typically between 8–20% externally and 16–20% internally, ensuring fast ignition, strong heat output and minimal smoke.
All logs are cut to 25 cm (EU standard) length, which fits the vast majority of wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, chimineas and outdoor fire pits.

What happens after I place an order for kiln dried logs?

Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
Your logs are then selected for dispatch — often the same day depending on the time of purchase. When the shipment is booked, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the expected delivery date and instructions.

How can I make a complaint regarding my firewood order?
